ROADHOUSE REWARDS FAQ

Follow this link to Order Online. You will need to create a Toast Account with the same email address and phone number that you used for the rewards account. If you already have a Toast Account that uses the same email address and phone number that you used for the rewards account then you are all set and just need to sign in.

Its ok! Just give us a call at 804-740-6301 and we can apply the points to your account. We would just need to know the day you ordered on and the last 4 digits on the card used to pay.

You do not need your account number! At the restaurant you can provide your cashier with the phone number or email address used to create the account. If you have linked your credit/debit card to your account then you only need to provide us the account information to redeem rewards.

During your birthday month you will be able to redeem a $25 reward towards any order. To redeem just ask a cashier if you have any rewards, or choose your reward when ordering online.

You are able to redeem up to 500 points ($50) per visit. We are not able to split up orders to apply rewards past that limit. Rewards cannot be combined with any other discounts.

No. Only one rewards account may be used per order

Unfortunately we can only apply points to orders coming from the restaurant. We cannot apply them to catering orders, but we do offer a return catering customer discount.

The account can only have 1 phone number and 1 email address attached to it. You can however attach multiple credit or debit cards to your account so everyone in your family can help you earn points.
